Enrollment

ONLINE ENROLLMENT SYSTEM

This is a relatively new system for us at Discovery so please bear with us as we try to make it as smooth as possible for you.  If you prefer the paper format, you can download those on the website, print, fill out and return to us. 

Here’s what you need to do:

1. Complete Enrollment Interest form and create a brightwheel profile for your child.  After we receive your interest form, you will get an application on brightwheel.  

2. Complete Enrollment Form.

3. If you are not a returning student, Sign up for a Registration Appointment/Tour.  Sign up will be sent with the enrollment form on brightwheel.  This appointment is where you will turn in all paperwork necessary to complete registration.  

Required Paperwork to bring to your appointment:

  1. Completed enrollment form
  2. MS Immunization Form 121
  3. Registration/Supply Fee of $200 (check)
  4. Tuition prepayment for the first month of school, dated April 15, 2026. If you decide to not enroll your child in Discovery Day School or First Discoveries, you must notify the director before April 15. After tuition prepayment checks are deposited, they are nonrefundable. All tuition rates are on the enrollment form.
  5. Completed Readiness Checklist:

    Please make checks payable to OUUMC Preschool Programs and add your child’s name to the memo line. Acceptance notifications will be made mid-March.  If your child is placed on a waitlist, your tuition prepayment will not be deposited until they are placed in a class.
