The purpose of the 2036 Team is to create time and space to help listen to the guidance of the Holy Spirit and clarify a hopeful trajectory for OU’s future that will take us to our 200th anniversary. The 2036 Team has been engaged in an intentional process to review and refine OU’s mission and vision statements. These sacred conversations will invite our church family into the process as we seek an aspirational path that aligns with God’s will and intention for OU’s future.
You are invited to attend one of these two identical sessions. You can expect highly collaborative evenings in which you will be invited to share your hopes and desires for our future. Part of our time together each Sunday will be sharing stories of how we’ve encountered the living God in our individual lives and in our life together as a church. Please spend 20-30 minutes before the meeting engaging the questions below.

- Where have we encountered the living God in our life together as a church?
Identify 1-2 key memories/moments/transitions/seasons in your story and in our story together as a church. Come prepared to share your sacred story with the group.
