Carmen serves as the Ministry Coordinator for Missions and Congregational Care. 

Serving and loving others drives her every single day. Her favorite part of the job is working with all age groups in this role and seeking opportunities for others to encounter the love of Christ through mission experiences or caring for others.

She has a deep passion for health and fitness and loves encouraging others to walk or run. Carmen is part of a running club and a book club, but her guilty pleasure is listening to crime podcasts.
