Based on Ephesians 2:19-22, the class's mission is: With Jesus Christ as our cornerstone, we are committed to following his Word and applying it to our lives, developing a fellowship of support and accountability, and reaching out to those within and outside our circle.

Class projects: Class members have the opportunity to be involved in hands on missions of the church. Examples of past and future mission efforts of CrossTalk include adopting a Christmas Angel, possible mission trip to the Mississippi Coast, and community service projects determined as the year develops.

Socials: Class sponsored socials include monthly socials, holiday parties, picnics, ladies'-only and mens'-only outings, and an annual family retreat. Socials are planned so that all families in the class, whether single or married, with children or no children, have the opportunity to share times of fun and fellowship outside the Sunday morning class time.
