The Chancel Choir

The Chancel Choir is under the direction of Lee Uhlhorn. The organist is Jason Derrick.

The members of the Chancel choir invite you to join us in our fellowship of service through music. We have a solid core of loyal and committed singers who anchor the choral program, but we need to expand and add more depth to each vocal section.

Now is a great time to join the choir because very soon we'll begin working on Christmas music. As wonderful as it is to sit in the congregation and listen to the Lessons and Carols service, it's ten times more wonderful to be in the middle of it, singing in harmony.

Chancel Choir rehearsals are at 7:00 p.m. each Wednesday evening for about an hour, with a brush-up on the service music on Sunday mornings.

Any choir member, or Lee, or Jason, would be happy to talk to you and answer any questions you might have about participating in the choir program. If you think you might like to give it a try, please come to the choir room next Wednesday at 7 and let us convince you. You'll be glad you did!
